Maplewood

The Maplewood House is located in Gilbert AZ in the master planned community of Power Ranch. This house started as an early 2000s ranch with upgraded but trendy finishes like polished travertine, glass block and black granite countertops. In short it was dark and depressing.

The design approach was to update it to be modern yet timeless and work better for today’s busy families. The remodel to this house increased the appraised value by $250,000.
