Halley House

The Halley House is located in Sun Lakes AZ in the golf community of Ironwood. This house started as a worn out ranch from the 90s with some 70s charm… popcorn ceilings, wall paper.

The design approach was to update it to be modern ranch style yet comfortable and appealing to the 55 and older sun birds as a rental. The house rented for almost a year out in the first month on the market.
